Virginia M. Smith Scholarship

This scholarship was created and named in honor of Virginia M. Smith, a woman who despite significant physical disabilities, demonstrated enormous courage in living a complete and full life as wife, mother, friend, and informed, caring, and compassionate citizen. Virginia M. Smith always sought ways to use her strength and resources to be an advocate for positive change. This scholarship is for STCC students who have persevered despite disabilities or significantly difficult personal life circumstances.
