The Mary Malone Regan Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship honors Mary Malone Regan, a 2021 graduate of the STCC Nursing program. Prior to pursuing her nursing degree, Mary worked as a nanny for many years. Mary suffered a fatal stroke days after giving birth to her first child in October 2022.
Her family established this scholarship to honor Mary’s love of nursing and her deep connection to children. She would be proud to know assistance to parents working to improve the lives of their families is being provided in her name.

Scholarship(s) will be awarded annually to one or more students meeting the following criteria:

-Is currently enrolled in the Nursing;
-Second year Nursing student;
-Shows financial need
-Explain in writing the applicant’s educational experience and how the scholarship would benefit the applicant and their family
-Letter of recommendation from a faculty member is required.
